Chapter 1: Introduction

Jayson Fairchild is your typical bassist. Katherine Santos is the reigning Lakambini 2010 in the University. The two are in a romantic relationship, but when Jayson replaces the bassist of his all-time favorite groove/death metal band Exuberant Eyes, things start to shake between the two as Jayson finds difficulty in time management between Katherine, the band, and the looming terror of college. Will their relationship last? Or will it crumble upon the moshpits caused by Exuberant Eyes' killer songs?
