Francis Evergreen a 12 year old girl, lives in a small town in Oregon. Francis's father went missing on October 12, 1980, five years ago, the day it rained the most. Two years after his disappearance Francis's mother remarried and Francis got an older step brother. One day Francis decides to snoop around in her dad's old stuff and finds something that might lead to learning what happened to her father. But what if something doesn't want him to be found?
