Helen is a girl in 1300's Germany. After her and her towns previous lord dies of old age his absent son, Alexander comes home to the manor. His cold demeanor and harshness sets Helen on edge. The secrets that they both keep hidden will ether make them great allies or great enemies in this new transition and life to come.
