Author's Note/Ballet Terminology

Ria Cade, an amazing 17 year old pointe dancer, wants a scholarship to Juilliard, one of the greatest dance schools ever. Her parents, her friends, and even her boyfriend Jonah are all supporting her with everything they've got and then some. Ria has been working her tail off for this scholarship, and she is confident that she'll get it. After all, Juilliard is her dream, isn't it?
