There are new agents starting to work for MAD and HQ. Penny doesn't trust the new agent in HQ while Talon is head-over-heels in love with the new agent in MAD. But something mysterious is afoot. Will Penny and Talon learn to work together or are HQ and MAD going to be in danger forever!?
