Brock " Rock" Jennings, who has served the maximum sentence for his crime will soon be a free man. All he just wants to do is provide a better life for himself. Soon he will be tested of his faith to stay away from behind bars.

Nia Bowmen, a inspiring journalist sought out to find ways to better the black community and most importantly anyone who has been incarcerated and suffer from mental illness. Although she have so many great things going for herself she tends to struggle with her own insecurity and looks for love in the wrong "person".

This book is about trials and tribulations of both, Nia and Brock.
