"Mom, you're insane if you're making me go!" I shout. "I just want you to be the best you can possibly be, honey," she says. "No, you just want me to leave!" I scream at my bitch of a mother. I storm up to my room and plop on my bed. My mascara is probably running all down my face, but I don't care. "I have to call Jazmin..." I sniffle, reaching for my phone. "Please answer me," I silently plead. "Hey, Aves!" I hear my best friend's perky voice on the other line. I completely lose it. I burst out in tears, and hear my friend's worried voice on the other side of the line. "Oh my God, Avery! What's wrong?" Jazmin almost screams in concern. I fall silent. "Jaz, I..." "What? Tell me, Avery." Jazmin says sternly. I let out a breath that I didn't even know was there. "I'm leaving. In three days." Poor Avery thought she was only leaving for Cheshire, England for a month. Little did she know that her mom didn't tell her the entire truth.
