Prologue

The Orochi were fabled, terrifying forces of nature that wrought death and destruction in a civil war that demanded it. However, as the Emperor rose over his enemies, the Orochi fell into obscurity. However, as peace reigns across the land, a survivor of this dark cult resurfaces in a faraway wartorn land. Laying seeds for the Emperor's destruction. It is up to Nobushi, a troublesome bodyguard, and Misaki, her even more troublesome charge, to stop the Orochi before their home is once again bathed in the fires of war.
