Ashaani's family was banished from Night Elf society when the powerful arcane magic was forbidden. She's been forced to live on her own, surviving in the wild for hundreds of years.

She recalls the stories she'd once heard as a child, a betrayer, sparks her curiosity.
After meeting two brothers on a hunt, Ashaani makes a deal with the youngest in exchange for telling her all he can about the betrayer.

All the while she learns to love the brothers, as they both grow fond of her as well.

While the brothers have their own ideas about a future with Ashaani, fate has a mind of its own.
