Noreen Flannigan lived her whole life in the Southside. It's just too bad that this was her second life. Once she was another girl in another world where Canaryville Southside Chicago was just a fictional place with fictional people. Now she lives four houses down from the Gallagher family living a life it seems she already lived once. Crack dealing mom addicted to her own supply...check. Alcoholic father with fidelity problems...check. Crazy grandmother who loves her dogs more than her grandchild...check. Yep same life just different faces. Noreen has a plan though. She will buckle down and actually put all the potential she wasted in her old life to good use in her new life. Too bad a road bump appears in the form of Lip Gallagher.
