He is an Idiot

T-this is my first story....so I hope anyone who would bother reading it likes it....^^;
Dazai is a cheerful, happy-go-lucky guy, always joking around, pulling pranks. Or so it seems.
Chuuya was assigned to be Dazai's partner. Assigned to be the partner of a fool: a cheerful happy go lucky guy, always messing around. Or so it seems.
As Chuuya learns more and more about Dazai, what will he do?
