Spencer Hastings moved into a new house in the town of Rosewood. She soon realized she needed carpeting. Who did she happen to come across to do the job but Toby Cavanaugh. Spencer automatically fell for him, and Toby fell for her. After bumping into each other again, they soon realized how much they really had in common. Is it meant to be?
