Reichiru is a girl who grew up on the streets, known by most as a Street Rat.

And everyone knows that the rich, first class pooches will never interact with the grimy Street Rats of the world.

Though when Reichiru stops a girl from being mugged, what comes next will end up pulling bits of her past into view. And it's shown that Reichiru is a first class pooch disguised as a street rat.
