General Carral: Her name is Bell Ashley Higgins, she's convicted multiple murders, international theft and vandalism of the white House.

corporal: and she's like phantom, you see her the next she's gone.

General Carral: well that's no surprise, she's James daughter. Like father like daughter.

President : so, what are we going to do to end her ruin.

Corporal: Mrs president, we're going to put our best field officer. Officer Dolan and his team are the best in the force.

General Carral : if there's a criminal on the run he'll find em.
