Description
Ciera is the third of five children, and the only daughter of the mighty and feared Ballator Alpha. For most of her life she was treated as a little more than a prattling princess cast among warriors - coddled and pitied. Growing from a spoiled child and into a brash teen, she was never seen by her father and their pack as more than a pretty face and a strong blood line. But after killing her father, Kaiden's abduction for the crown, and their brother's death, suddenly the girl no one thought twice about - will be thrust into a role she'd never been meant for. No longer the mere shadow behind those who would stand to lead, she will need to try and fight not only for her position - but for the legacy her father attempted so thoroughly to destroy. The war might be over, but old grievances still linger and loyalty and trust are not always so easily won. Weaknesses is exploited, and in a world of wolves only the strong can lead. Being Alpha isn't easy, and without her brothers around her, Ciera will need to decipher who is against her and who she can trust.
