Saphire Bay Payne has this small problem with falling inlove to fast and sometimes with the wrong people. When she decides to travel to California with her step brother and his lads, things get a little crazy. Then one day a guy comes litterally bumping himself into her life. No one thinks its a good idea for Bay to date him except herself. During all of this, paperazzis think it'll be a great idea for Harry and his new room mate, Bay, to get together. Nothing really goes right when she's with Harry especially when it's forbidden to date any of the boys in the group. But nobody really kisses and tells.
