"Karina!" My mom yelled my name from the kitchen 

"What?" I yelled back 

"Come here I have some news for you!"

I glumly walked out of my bedroom and into the kitchen where my mom was."What is it?" I asked, thinking it was something stupid about school or how she got 'a new flavor of yogurt!'

"Niall is back!"

Karina and Niall have always been family friends. Maybe not best friends, hugging all the time and what not, but definitely had a special bond.

well when Niall comes home for a bit things have changed and they may not be able to revive the friendship they once had...
