CHAPTER ONE

Two eight year olds commonly addressed by "Blue," a small skeleton with a big heart, and "Red", a slightly larger skeleton, with... not as much of a big heart. As the two slowly gain a much bigger connection, they started to come out and tell things they've never told anyone before. One fateful night, the two boys star gaze atop Red's roof well past their bedtime, when they come across a shooting star.
"Close your eyes, and make a wish."
...
"What did you wish for?"
"That your brother picks up his fucking socks..."
"Mwehehe!"
"What did you wish for?"
"..."
"I wish you could run away from home... so they can't hurt you."
"..."
Red sat up.
"Maybe that shooting star meant something..."
