Scarlet Swan is Bella Swans younger twin sister. Bella volunteers them to move to Forks Washington, not only to let Renee and Phil be alone, but to get Bella away from having to babysit her sister. Scarlet is an odd girl. She's sweet, shy, innocent to the point of naivety and Renee has spent 17 years making sure Bella watches out for her sister, which irked both girls to no end.
