Prologue

Cydney was just an ordinary sixteen-year-old-girl who lived a simple life in the small town of Pleasant Hill, Missouri. Every day was the same: wake up, go to school, return home to take care of her family, go to sleep, and repeat. But one day, she receives a Facebook request from a stranger named Adam. Cydney and Adam quickly become the best of friends, and soon fall in love with each other. The catch though, is that Adam tells Cydney to keep their relationship a secret, and because she has fallen head over heels for this mysterious romantic, she becomes blinded by love and begins taking risks that she never thought she'd ever be taking.
