PROLOGUE

What is meant to be a celebratory car-trip to the gorgeous fields of Apsan Park evolves into a rockslide of misfortune; among mats of withered life and stolen wishes you must travel to find your way back to the mortal realm, following your tumble into the harrowing world of Faeire. It's certainly too good to be true that a sidhe with snowflakes decorating his cheeks and sapphire in his veins is offering his assistance. And against your better judgement, you place your faith in him. It's not much - probably half the amount you would devote to your phone's battery - but it is more than enough for him.
