She's all bark no bite. She went to Storybrooke looking for her mother but found a family with a young boy in danger. She put her problems aside, not knowing she'd run into more trouble on the way, and helped the family find the boy.

On the way she ends up trapped in Neverland, being held captive by the infamous Peter Pan. She learns many things about herself.

That she has powers, she's not that tough, and even the darkest heart can love.
