Cam has just gotten the title of Alpha for the Shadowed Grin pack. It is one of the most feared and yet well respected wolfpack's in the world. For years, both his dad and mom have run the Wolf council. As did their parents and so forth since wolves existed. Though it also, has always made him and the pack more of a target to others. There's enough pressure already with being an Alpha, let alone adding the family's name and reputation that you must protect as well. Cam is under so much stress at the age of 24 years old and is a huge player on top of everything else, though he knows he needs to find his mate soon. Except, after finding out his mate is not only curvy but a human as well, his life will get much worse and more complicated. As a leader from one of his pack's biggest rival's wants nothing more than to take him down, but once he hears Cam's mate is human, he has now, something that could destroy everything. Including the fate of wolves. Kristy is a 22 year old who is curvy, not guys' ideal girl and is shy. With her family always telling her that she's worthless and should be more like her beautiful thin sister, and being bullied all her life, even at her job now. Which is cleaning houses, being the employee of her parents' cleaning business and since her sister doesn't do anything, she has to work twice as hard. Then one day, her parents get a call from one of the wealthiest people in town, Cam. They hire her and ask her to do more things as well such as cooking, etc. Though her parents don't tell her about it.
