Clementine and her romantically-involved parter, Freddy, are working undercover for the LAPD to catch crime boss, Joe Cabot, and his men in the midst of a diamond heist. When the stopping of the crime fails and most of the criminals escape in an extremely convoluted series of events, FBI Special Agent Dale Cooper is sent to Los Angeles to work with the LAPD to solve the case. However, someone is trying to tamper with the case to help out a new friend and Clementine's got a strange obsession with the FBI Agent...
