Barry returns and realizes Lana isn't around so he asks where she is and does not expect the answer he gets. He is hurt and believes she broke her promise until he learns the truth on why she has disappeared.

Lana is trying to find out who she is in the world she is in. She realizes she knows nothing about who she is or where she comes from. All she knows is that she has responsibilities even if she doesn't remember. She only knows one truth but it might be a lie.
