Born a slave Alia Timberlin has been abused and sent from master to master never in one place never good enough to keep. She is emotionally and physically scarred and now she is sold once again to a new master just as cruel and abusive as the last. The master Jack Crom has used his slaves for sexual desire or abusive work.

Alia was given to Jacks son Elijah. Elijah is drawn to her. He tries to get to know her better any chance he gets. He soon falls for her and her him but Elijah has a big secret and is prepared to share it with Alia. Alia is torn between accepting Elijah and his secrets or continuing the life of a slave over something much more dangerous.
