Maria Kennedy, 24, has finished college and is now home. Her friend invites her to the Texas Renaissance Festival. There is an "acting" vampire, Kieran Morningstar, who has his eyes set on her. When she leaves, Kieran is disappointed and begs a gypsy to turn him into a real vampire. His wish is granted and is now lusting after Maria. He follows her until he takes her. How will this end for Maria?
