Born with a supernatural gift, he possessed the extraordinary ability to halt time at will. However, after experiencing some traumatic incidents, he lost his way and was coerced onto a path of wrongdoing. During his final mission, he stopped the time to complete his task, only to be caught red-handed by a lady who chased him down until she finally apprehended him.

He felt disconcerted and bewildered.

Never in his life he saw someone moving when he had already stopped the time.

This is a Romance / Fan-fic story, so there will only be slight hints to where the characters obtained their abilities.
