Ara Caul is living a double life. On one hand she's a failure orphan living under the care of the extremely wealthy Hunter and his family, on the other she's literally a monster. Able to turn into a winged wolf creature with extreme strength and power. Ara uses her secret identity to find dead bodies in the nearby city. No one knows what she is, what she can become, and she plans to keep it that way. Even with Hunter constantly on her case and sometimes trying to sneak into her heart. But he lost his chance long ago, at least that's what she tells herself. Cause Hunter has turned kind of into a monster too, but metaphorically so. Hiding his own secrets.
