I didn't realise that we were standing in silence for a while until a throat cleared making me jump. Alpha Roman blinked rapidly before a snarl took over his handsome face "spryatat'sya ot menya?" (Hide from me?) the calmness I had felt was gone and back to fear as I watched the 7ft tall Alpha slowly start to unfold the hidden beast that lurked under his skin.
