he was standing there, right beside the street lamp, illuminated in a golden glow. his blond hair was a bit frizzed up from the lack of care. his cerulean eyes were frantically looking around for something specific, which I may never know about. an old notebook, whose jade cover was battered and torn apart at the edges, was clutched tightly in his numb-looking hands. the nervous boy's lips were shaking; but whether that was out of sheer coldness or of an overflow of emotions I do not know.

but, no matter what, he looked lost, and he desperately needed help.
