It was the year 2040.... You'd think everything would improve over the years, but it didn't. In fact, the world was going through a really bad overpopulation crisis and President Lee Harper had to do something. After giving it long though, they decided on creating a project starting immediately. Anyone who was turning the age eighteen, starting April 24th, would have to endure project eighteen. But what exactly was 'Project Eighteen' and what would happen to those turning eighteen? Oh and the president wishes all participants a happy birthday.....
