The king is a distant man, he rarely taking unless he is telling one of his servant to fetch him something It wasn't always this way, he was once a normal kid, as normal as can get being a prince, he had friends, mostly one really, others would just befriend him to use him Nothing good can last forever, the prince's father and brother were killed, the queen forced the his friend to move to a different country After a year of her rule she fell sick and died, forcing the young prince to the throne, he was never meant to take the throne, his older brother was meant to but he was gone Years have passed and the king was never the same, often locking himself in his study and not leaving for days, no one can even talk to him properly, despite how hard they try But storms never last, they always end, bringing the so sought after shimmering light of the glorious sun Sometimes that 'sun' can take many forms, maybe finally dying is a so called 'sun' to some, maybe it's a pet, they are great companions most of the time or, sometimes it's a person. The sun will always shine even when night comes it always rises again
