Chapter 1

Dear Diary,

I cannot dread enough what my fate has brought upon me. I was not ready and am not prepared for any of this. This was never meant to happen. But it did. I don't regret what my future beholds, but I regret some of my past. Growing up in a family of a father who is drunk all of the time, a mother who is too scared to leave, and five siblings made life a little bit rough. In some ways I bet this is what made me who I am. In other ways I believe it was just my decisions. Either way, looking back now I don't regret the choice I made because I know that even at 15, I am still going to be a great mother to this child. And no one, can ever ever take that away from me. And I will never let my parents find out...
