Chapter 1

Cosette is walking on a thinning tightrope. She was recently put into foster care and her best friend of 7 years just moved from her hometown. Soon after, Cosettes' parents begin to worry about her mental health and set up weekly appointments with the school guidance counselor, Arthur Midoff. Things begin to unfold through weekly appointments and Cosettes life , as Arthur begins to realize, isn't all it is cracked up to be.
