Lexi Brooks moves in to a little town down in North Carolina where she finds herself living next door to the Griers. She personally doesn't like them, except for Skylynn of course. One week, while the boys are a mag-con, Lexi stays over to babysit Skylynn, but Skylynn happens to know things about the boys that Lexi doesn't.
