Description
When people from another universe immigrate to yours, what would you do? Angelica Cruz answers with doing nothing, she believes one person can't make a significant difference. It's better to blend in the background and remain a law-abiding citizen. However, when a group of them interact with her, Angelica finds herself warming up to them and sympathizing with their situation. For once, she's exposed to the suffering of citizens from a world so similar and yet quite unlike her own. And for once, she finds people worth fighting for. The world, on the other hand, begs to differ. This new problem causes countries around the world scrambling to find a way to deal with these refugees, each one employing various methods. Problem is, some of these proposed methods are horrendous. Angelica was shocked to see how blatantly human rights were disregarded. But what can an ordinary citizen do to navigate the political landscape and help save millions of lives?
