Just fyi, Atelophobia (from the Greek: ατελής, atelès, "imperfect, incomplete" and φόβος, phóbos, "fear") is the fear of not being good enough or imperfection. So I thought it was perfect for this. So... summary ish: Nico finally told- well showed Percy how he felt. But things don't simply fall into place. Of course not. There's so many people in the way. And it's not even a love triangle it's a freaking rectangle or something. Percy's uncertainty to say three certain words and his guilt lead to Nico's deterioration. Nico's pain and fear of dragging Percy along with him leads to idiotic choices he can't fix. Too many rifts have been made in their almost non existent relationship. Irreparable rifts. Both of them fear the same thing; being too little for the other, and not being the best choice for the other. They fear not being enough. All they want to do is fix things and end the pain but at what cost? Can they forget everything they've been through and start over? "Deep in the heart, somewhere in the soul, love finds a way to be forever."
