The Tenth Doctor and The last Time Lady

Cassandra and Kisara Pain are adopted sisters but when the Doctor becomes involved things change dramatically for Cassandra. She finds out that her name isn't even Cassandra and her twin daggers only came when she was in trouble. Will the tenth Doctor be able to help? (This is my first story, so don't comment hate.
