Prologue 1: The Gaia Manuscripts

When Eggman uses the power of Sonic and the Chaos Emeralds to shatter the planet Mobius into pieces, unleashing the hyper-organism Dark Gaia, Sonic accidentally absorbed some of Dark Gaia's essence, transforming him into a beastly form active only at night: Sonic the Werehog.

Now, Sonic and his friends, along with a new pal named Chip, must race against time and across the world in order to restore the drained Chaos Emeralds, return the planet to normal, and defeat Eggman and Dark Gaia. But can Sonic swiftly save the day when stuck as a beast of darkness at night?
