My world is not the same, not what it used to be...

I am not the same, not who I was before...

That day in the cove changed everything.

It is where it all began:

Change.

The cove was in plain sight for all to see yet no one really saw it. They walk by it everyday without noticing.

Weird right???

Anyways...

That day I transformed into a mermaid. On land I am human, but in water even the tiniest bit and I transform. I trade legs for a tale and vice versa.

Also, the sea has mer people in it, a whole kingdom. I didn't really know myself until it all happened.

The way they looked at me though...
