Twins Percy and Harry Potter have always been freaks. Harry had a lightning bolt shaped scar on his forehead but Percy has it worse. He is a mute. Unable to speak or sing or even hold a proper conversation with anyone other than Harry who learned sign language to communicate with his brother. The Dursly's never cared until one day two letters arrive at their door.
