Victoria is a agent of the secret Shield service. She is in charge of spying on the Avengers and keeping them in check. After the incident with the accords she has the mission of tracking down Steve Rogers and reuniting the Avengers to fight the mad titan Thanos. But she has different feelings towards the solider then she thought she would. And her brother, Tony Stark doesn't give her the welcome home she is expecting.
