Coffee Talk is a collection of super short, totally true stories from coffeehouses in Los Angeles. Think of these stories as espresso narratives - a quick jolt of something funny, surreal, or maybe even beautiful. The through line is the Los Angeles coffeehouse scene, where slackers routinely give each other career advice and baristas share their ridiculously well thought out plans for surviving the zombie apocalypse. This is La La Land at is over-caffeinated best. *I update this sporadically, but updates are always on Monday ** This is meant to be an ongoing, open-ended series, because pretty much whenever I get coffee, I end up getting a story too! ***I'd love to know what you think of these stories!
