I was running, running faster then I ever had.

I don't want to go back

I tripped and fell, my head hitting a rock as the darkness I know to well crept into my vision

I gasped from the gash on my side and heard movement to my left

Shifted my head, I tried to protect myself, to use my monstrous 'gift' for good

But my hands weren't responding to my brian

In fact, my brian was telling me to sleep, which I complied
