"I can't marry him!" I sob
I can see disapointment in my parents eyes.
"How can Aunty and Uncle face everybody now? The only solution is for you to marry Siddharth" Mum explains.
Siddharth. Why Siddharth?
He has been my greatest enemy ever since we set eyes of each other around 20 years ago. Marrying him would be a nightmare.
The voices of my parents and Siddharth's parents span around my head like a tornado.
"Please dear, marry my son" Aunt Aadhya whispers
Before I know it, I am at the altar, with Siddharth beside me. His eyes are sternly focused on the ground, with anger boiling in his skin.
How was I going to survive this marriage with this monster?
