PROLOGUE

Created unnaturally in an attempt to create a superweapon, David is the last hope of Xia.
Holder of the long-lost power of Psionics, he must embark on a quest to retrieve and assemble Psion-touched artifacts and powerful techniques in hopes of defeating the great evil that threatens to tear his world asunder and destroy all he has come to care about; an evil he himself unknowingly released.
Will he be able to overcome the many obstacles that stand in his way? Will it be enough?
