Healing

I'm no where near the road to recovery but in this book I will share poems of how I somehow cope with my mentall illnesses. Well not how I cope but how I feel when coping, for writing is already my way of coping. Expressing what happens in my mind when it feels it's rare moments of peace or more like progess will hopefully give an insight to others about some things about me.
