Indeed, there is plenty of truly Islamic jokes , most of which are true, within the Islamic information domain if you know where to look. From funny incidents encountered by modern day Sheikhs to jokes from early Islamic history preserved by our ancient scholars, there is so much available that we do not need to turn to any other sources for Islamic humour.
