Chapter One

Eleanor Eaton never saw what happened behind closed doors, so when her perfect older brother chooses dauntless she is broken and betrayed. Then her father turns on her.
She never felt like she fitted in, she wanted excitement and she wanted adventure, she wanted life. She spoke her mind and she didn't want to give up anything that she saw as hers. So when her protection, that she didn't know she had, leaves, she gets hit by sudden a violent storm. The rain that is meant to batter her down in to a controllable child instead waters her soul and awakes her courage and determination.
